1. Your Right to Cancel (Online & Distance Purchases)

If you purchased online, by phone, or by mail order, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the items.

  • Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 14 days.

Exclusions:

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement.

  • Faulty items will be returned at no cost to you.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns (In-Store Purchases)

If you purchased in-store, returns for non-faulty items are offered at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges
